Universal Orlando, Islands of Adventure, City Walk & Sea World of Orlando To help better manage guest expectations and eliminate any transportation hassles our Universal Studios Orlando hotel is implementing an advance reservation system. Guests will be able to continue enjoying complimentary transportation to Universal Orlando, Sea World and Wet N Wild. However, they will need to visit the Destination Universal desk at least 24 hours in advance to make a bus reservation. They will have the option to select from a list of available departure times and will be issued a ticket for the time of their choice. The driver will need to collect the guest’s ticket and view their room key for entrance on the bus.
