How much is parking?
We offer free self-parking, limited to one car per room. Additional parking passes are $22.50 per night.
Do you have parking for oversized vehicles, trailers, tractor trailers, RV’s, motor coaches?
No, we do not have parking for oversized vehicles. We have very limited parking and run at high occupancy. We cannot allow oversized vehicles on our property because they take too many spaces.
Can I check-in early?
Check-in is at 4:00PM. We cannot offer guaranteed early check-in but may be able to offer depending on availability. Please contact the hotel directly for availability.
Can I check-out late?
We offer 1PM late check-out, based on availability.
Is there a minimum age to check-in?
Yes, the minimum age is 18.
Can you store luggage?
Yes, luggage storage with same day pick up is complimentary. Overnight storage is $5 per bag per day and must have confirmation of reservation booking to return to hotel.
Do you have an airport shuttle?
We do not have an airport shuttle, but we recommend the following methods of transportation from Orlando International Airport:
- SuperShuttle – Outside of Baggage Claim in airport
- Taxi – Outside of Baggage Claim in airport
- Car Rentals available at airport
Do you offer cribs?
Cribs are complimentary.
Do you offer rollaway beds?
Rollaway bed is available for $22.50 per day.
Do you have guest laundry available? What about dry cleaning?
We have a guest laundry available on the first floor, with 24-hour access. Washers are $3.00 per load and dryers are $3.00 per load. Laundry detergent is available for sale in Shades Deli. Dry Cleaning is available Monday – Friday Only. Drop-off at front desk prior to 7AM for same day delivery.
Do you have a fitness center?
Our fitness center offers treadmills, stationary bikes, an elliptical machine, free weights and stretching area.
Do you allow smoking?
We are a nonsmoking hotel. There are designated areas outside of the Hotel for your convenience.
Do you allow pets?
No, pets are not accepted.
Do you offer complimentary shuttle to Disney Parks?
No, we do not offer complimentary Disney transportation.
Do you offer complimentary shuttle to Universal Studios?
We are a Universal Partner Hotel, and they provide scheduled complimentary transportation to their parks and SeaWorld Orlando.
Do you offer complimentary breakfast?
No, we are a full service Best Western Hotel. We have a restaurant and deli on-site for your convenience.
Is there an additional fee for microwave and refrigerator?
No, All rooms include a mini microwave and refrigerator.
Is there a daily resort fee?
Yes, $8.00 per night.
Can I pay cash? Are deposits required?
Effective immediately, we will no longer accept cash upon arrival. All guests must check-in with a valid credit card. They may opt to change their form of payment at check-out to cash; but they will be charged for their entire stay upon arrival.
How many elevators do you have?
We have three elevators.
Do you offer complimentary Wi-Fi?
Yes, see the front desk for security code.
What is the voltage in the guest rooms?
Do you enter rooms with DND signs?
Our main priority is the safety and well-being of our guests and associates. We reserve the right to visually inspect all guestrooms for wellness checks, security, maintenance, or other purposes, even when the do not disturb sign is displayed.
Are emotional support/ comfort dogs permitted?
No, they are not considered service animals. The work or task performed by a service animal must be directly related to the individual’s disability.
